second date

You all may remember Cate's little boyfriend, Brayden, from last fall? Well, we don't get to see the Laborantis all that often, so when we went to the Drive In with w/ Brayden and his mom (my friend, Sarah) to catch Winnie the Pooh on the big screen at the end of summer, we were curious to see if their spark would still be there. After a little warm up period, it was clear that it was! Honestly, it is the funniest thing with these two! They both just start acting like little sweethearts around each other. Brayden offers Cate a chair or some popcorn just like a little gentleman, and Cate happily partakes :). They chased each other around and talked about the pumpkin patch (they both remembered!) and what they were going to dress up as this year when we go. Once again, Sarah and I ended up feeling like chaperones, and Max ... well ... he was your classic 3rd wheel (poor guy!) He was so desperate for a boy his age to play with that he went car to car looking for one with NO LUCK! Not too many 7 year old boys gunning to see Winnie the Pooh, I guess.
