April Fools!

I know Max already blogged about this, but I wanted to jot down our April Fools day prank on Jake because it was THE BEST! Here's how it went down: Max had the clever idea to hide all of Jake's pants. So, we did :) In the morning we acted like we didn't know anything and Jake had to go to work in his dress shirt and tie, dress shoes and socks, and his green and blue checkered boxer shorts. (No, he wouldn't let us take a picture for the blog. I guess he was worried about becoming some sort of internet sensation ... :-/) He went through the whole day like that. Meanwhile, Max made sure all of his teachers and school friends knew how funny his dad looked walking out the door to work with no pants on, sealing his position as the prank king of the 1st grade at Rocky Hill. When Jake got home, he was still in his boxers, and still confused about the mysterious disappearance of his pants (also he seemed slightly perturbed about having to go to all of meetings like that, but that is neither here nor there ...), so that's when we got him with the "April Fools!" That is exactly how it happened. It was hilarious. End of story.
