Grampa came back to Tennessee with us after the robotics competition to spend some time hanging out with his favorite apprentice (and hopefully win the heart of the princess). Happily, he accomplished both while he was here. The MAG (Max and Grampa) project of the week was a trip line going from our back deck to Max's clubhouse, which we all agreed was in dire need of a technical upgrade. Though the process itself was, as Grampa called it, an exercise in debugging, the final result was fantastic! Max has not stopped asking me to send food/drink/mail/ toys down the trip line to him & I have to say I've had a pretty good time doing it!

Max is still using his up/down/sideways thumb rating system. Clearly, at this point in the debugging process, results were not quite up to par.
