Max was supposed to go on a fun field trip with his Kindergarten class to the pumpkin patch today. Sadly, it was a rain-out. The kids didn't seem to mind too much, though. They got these cool T-shirts (made for the field trip) with their self-portraits on them. We can't stop laughing at Max's ... hardly the look one associates with Max!

In other news, Max was the TOP SELLER of coupon books out of his class, so he got to go to a special pizza party for top sellers today! We are proud of Max for doing all of the selling himself! ... and I think Jake is a bit envious. When Max asked Jake at dinner tonight if he had ever been the top seller of anything, Jake gave Max a sad shake of the head and confessed "No". I'm not totally convinced this is true but, even if it is, there's no doubt Max got his selling skills from his dad :)
