Gingerbread houses at Max's school (or, as Cate calls it, "Heaven")

Yesterday was gingerbread house day in Max's class! Gingerbread house making is kind of a tradition here in Tennessee, it seems, and it always makes for a fun day at school. It makes for an especially fun day if you are a 2-year-old wannabe 1st grader and you get your own big girl place at the table! (Of course, this wasn't the plan, but some people just don't settle for less than star treatment ;))

Do they just call Max the long haired kid? Everybody elses hair reminds me of the first time the Beatles came to the United States.
