Ahhh! The blagon (blog wagon) is getting away from me again! The holidays are in full swing here and there is just a ton of stuff going on. We've already decorated the house and been to some Christmas parties ... and it's only December 6th!
This weekend was a really fun one. We woke up to a snow-covered world on Saturday morning, and then drove down to Blue Ridge, GA for a beautiful ride through the mountains on the Santa Train. There were stories and treats and the big man himself even made an appearance!

They sang some Christmas song on the train ride and our little musical girl was LOVIN' it!
A drive-by glimpse of Santa right after his elf read a story about how Santa's signal to visit the train was the sound of children gathered together laughing and singing, excited about Christmas. (Cheesy, but it worked!)
Max's beloved Hot Wheels boots got to make their first appearance of the year on Saturday! They're almost too small for him this year, but I think we can eek out another season :)
Santa was so kind to spend one-on-one time with all of the kids on the train! ... too bad miss Cate has decided that Santa sightings are cause for full blown FREAK OUT session. This was her second sighting; second freak out. The above pic was our best attempt at a Santa picture with both kids ... LAME!
